Game banned me by nickname and Warned me change the nickname send message to Gamemasters. I did everything I sent message to Gamemaster. They did not unban me. Warthunder blocked me I bought golden eagle and played to game until Rank VII, no body dont help me

I believe it can take anything between 3 to 7 days until you get a response from a GM, just be patient
