Banned from Excessive spamming of radio commands

It’s rare, but does happen, for example if one spams over thirty times the same two messages over only a few minutes.

Thats correct: Reviewing reports takes time, we’re voluntaries and not on 24/7, so actually most punishments happen a few days (max. about two weeks) after the incident occured.

It’s not that. But ask yourself: How much (useful) information do the other players get if they get bombarded with “Attack point A!” all few seconds? Compared to how annoying it is for the other players.

However, noone here in the forum can help you. If you want to know more about your ban, please contact a game master via PM.

you say’please contact a game master via PM.’
Could you please explain the specific operation in detail? I just submitted a request on the https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en-us/requests
thanks for your reply, I will also try to manage my emotions and reduce the frequency of sending radio commands.

Just click on a name and click “message”.

As I’m already involved, you can of course send the message directly to me.

Wow they proved my point 😂😂 lmao

How?

I have muted entire teams due to one or two spammers, and no easy way to easily spot some of them on the leaderboard…
Radio spam is the honestly far more destructive for team morale than offensive words…

Not saying you spammed; I’m just sharing my experience being on the receiving end of spam over a dozen times.

Why did my post get hidden

I genuinely can’t see as to why my post got hidden. Is it cause I said freedom of speech isn’t welcome on the forums? Cause if so then it like I said is proving my point

OP sounds like the guy I reported the other day for spamming chat with chat commands the entire 12 and a bit minutes of a match. It’s nothing but a horrible and toxic distraction when you’re trying to concentrate on things that’re actually happening in game.

And tbh bans like these, it doesn’t happen to well behaved players

ops, buddy, can you understand my feelings now? And for me, I sympathize with you too

If you have questions about moderation on the forum then send a private message to one of the Forum Moderators, discussing moderation in public is generally not allowed. You can find all the teams and the areas they handle listed here: (Who is who and Reporting Procedure). If you don’t get an answer within a few days you can add more moderators from the list to the original message instead of sending a new message (that way you preserve the date of the message and it doesn’t look like a new request), adding one of the moderators to the message every 2-3 days or so until you get an answer.

Please do not to add the seniors until you have tried all other regular moderators, the Seniors likely won’t answer unless they are added and pinged by the regular moderators but if you’ve added all the regular moderators with no answer then you can add the seniors.

My situation is actually different from yours. I can only use radio commands because typing and chatting have been muted. And I’m not sending them randomly; I’m calling my teammates for support and assistance

Never heard of being banned from the game completely for using radio commands.
I would like a clarification from Gaijin on what they deem “excessive” in this situation,
so that I and other players could know how often we are allowed to use radio commands.

If you just use the radio commands to communicate with your teammates then it’s fine, but there is no reason for you send the same radio command over and over and over. If they didn’t hear (or acted on) your radio command the first, second or third or… X’th time i very much doubt that they would listen or change how they play if you send 10-15-20 radio commands in a row.

If you spam enough radio commands for other players to report you for it and it happens over several different matches and there are reports from several different players then there is likely an issue as it’s not only one player you are disturbing and there is also a pattern of behaviour (try to imagine it the other way around, how many radio commands in a row would you personally tolerate before you got annoyed to the point of reporting the player sending them?)

It’s been one or two years since you muted me (maybe even longer, I can’t remember) which has made it very difficult for me to communicate and express my intentions with other players in the game. May I ask if I can apply for the lifting of the silencing penalty? This enables me to type more efficiently and communicate with other players, avoiding the situation where I send too many radio instructions but still get misunderstood or ignored by my teammates

I have sent messages to some game administrators but haven’t received a reply yet

You know that 90% of players ignore the chat especially when its someone trying to boss the team around or otherwise be “helpful” right?

If that’s really the case, then the game can directly remove the functions of typing, chatting, speaking and radio commands. The outcome of the competition doesn’t matter. As long as have fun, right?
“just enjoy the game”

Except no, you are annoying and bothering other players by constantly spamming voice cues and filling the chat window constantly.
You are why we can’t have nice things like no cool-down delay in posting.

Any such appeal/discussion should be done through private messages.

If you don’t get an answer within a few days you can add more moderators from the list to the original message instead of sending a new message (that way you preserve the date of the message and it doesn’t look like a new request), adding one of the moderators to the message every 2-3 days or so until you get an answer.

Please do not to add the seniors until you have tried all other regular moderators, the Seniors likely won’t answer unless they are added and pinged by the regular moderators but if you’ve added all the regular moderators with no answer then you can add the seniors (unless ,like above, they have asked you to send them a message directly).
