I am writing to appeal a recent chat ban on my account and to report a player who was severely harassing me.
During a custom match, a player from the Balkan region began swearing at me. I explicitly asked them in English to stop. Instead of stopping, the player targeted my nationality/background, calling me a “Polish German idiot” and writing highly offensive insults in Croatian or Serbian.
I did not initiate this conflict, and I believe my chat ban may have been triggered automatically or based on a false report by this user while I was trying to defend myself against targeted xenophobia and harassment.
