I got banned today for “modifying the game” which I never did. I checked the files to check if anything had been changed and everything is the same except files that were downloaded via an update which I confirmed with the timestamps (update installed Jan 15th at 9am, files installed at the same time).
What am I supposed to do? I wrote to support and they said that after a “thorough review of my account activity” I was banned and that it’s final. No evidence, no explanation. Completely unprofessional.
What do I do? I’ll let anyone from gaijin check my files and see that I have nothing and have never downloaded anything, I don’t even know how I would go about modding the game.
