Today, I was playing the game as usual, I wanted to grind for the new F16 from the workhorse event when randomly I got banned for breaching paragraph 3.2 of the EULA which states “No malicious or deceiving use of software which automates the game process (bots, mods), changes gameplay or functionality of the Game, grants an advantage over other players not using such software or otherwise changes gaming experience, whether yours or any other player’s;” I would like to point out that I have never used any cheats, bots or any other external program that would help me in anyway in warthunder. I don’t even know what could possibly be the cause of it because of all of my behaviors in the game, none of them even remotely suggested that I could be using bots or any form of hacks. Now because of the faulty Anti Cheat which banned me out of the random with no warning I lost an account I put money and over 750 hours in. It’s absolutely ridiculous for something like this to happen. I’m gonna appeal this and probably get unbanned because I’ve done nothing wrong but if for whatever reason my appeal will be rejected I want to get all of the money I’ve spent on this game + Compensation for the 750 hours of time I wasted.

Will I get any compensation when I get unbanned? because of this I’m losing premium time and the opportunity to get the event F16.
