BAe Harrier II (UK versions) - Technical data and discussion

Correct me if i am wrong did the Gr9A use a 100% instead of a 65% like in the GR7 ?

Not all of them. e.g. ZD380 (28) was converted from a GR.7 to a GR.9A

Photo from 2008
Has a sub-67 tail code so could only fit the 65% LERX seen here, ‘A’ suffix for Mk107 engine, frog eyes added during GR.9 conversion

Doesnt the size of those differ the AOA pull also beautiful pictures

Yes mainly at higher speeds though.

Below .4 Mach there is little to no difference in controllable AOA.

on the topic of AOA we have this… Gaijin need to fix this like immediately.
Harrier AOA and departure

In game the aircraft begins to depart at like 22-24 degrees AOA even at like .3Mach and it is impossible to pull it past 30 degrees AOA.

Yet IRL even at .4Mach it was completely departure free up to 28 degrees and tests where conducted up to 35 degrees AOA!!!

T.10 (T.12) green camo was updated to include the Lichen Green countershading on the underside

@Gunjob can close the ticket as fixed if you want

Imagine how monstrous that thing would be if you could pull 35 degrees AOA.

You happy with the look?

Take a screen shot of it and then it might ig ??

It wont let me upload it to the bug reporting sight.

Yup now we are sure Gijin is really avoiding buffs on harriers XD

They have been really difficult about it. Yet even after buffing it it still doesn’t even come close to the document that they used (I gave them it) to calculate it!!!
