They did for Super Hornet/Growler and F-35, but the old legacy Hornets used ASRAAM instead

When you literally get offered them for cost of production +5% it’s hard to say no, even if the performance is worse considering that Unit cost for the ASRAAM would also be pumped by integration costs for a new platform, also an outstanding risk that the US would Veto integration, onto their platforms.

Reason it should go into the British tree is because of 2 reasons
A. The first aircraft to fly on its own power was British
B. It is a Harrier and therefore must go to Britain
C. All belongs to Britannia
D. ASRAAM is mostly used by Britain
E. Star Wars

Well this is the first ever real high quality photo of the Typhoon i’ve ever seen, I doubt gaijin even knows it exists

Don’t be stupid.

It would make more sense to just give the GR.7 or GR.9 (when it comes) Typhoon missiles

Italy can then also get them.

But I mean an AV8B+. But maybe also a GR.9A/GR.9A Late and (if it is considered) Harrier III

You seem to be somewhat blind. I’m being a

The Harrier III has about as much chance of being added to the game as a Ford Fiesta Ecoboost

Actually more and it was more real than the 38MT is (actually more real than 90% of non built paper designs in WT)

Was it ever built

I’m not saying it was built or mock uped but of all vehicles/weapons in-game it is and was closer to being built and actually being something quick and easy to do with few exceptions. And I just added the Harrier III in my first comment to troll people anyway

I would prefer a Harrier FGR.11 with BV radar and 4 AIM-120C-5 and 4 ASRAAM

Haven’t heard of it before. Was it built? It’s peaking my interest rn

Edit: From the AI images I’ve seen on how it (the Harrier FGR.11) could have looked like, is the same as the Harrier III that most likely entered service

not the gr9 as it would be the same as GR7 in game its the GR9A is the one we want.

HMD, the mk107 engine and (what it will likely debut with) ASRAAM missiles. May even see the Typhoon missile with it (A2G modified ASRAAM with HEAT warhead)

already in game

The T.10 is using the T.12 engine when it shouldn’t and also the T.12 is the trainer of the GR.9

Yes the engine is present on the T10, although that engine makes it technically a T12 which is what that very harrier was.

GR9a will have less weight making that engine pop a lot more
