My teamates are bad no I’m not racist or I accept myself better than anyone,I have 3to6 kills every match but my teammates best they can do is 2,and opposite team as last match had at least 9 level100 Wich are more experienced and more tactical than mine and myself.yes I complain becuase it’s been doing this rapidly for 11 matches and I am not a pro gamer.also ghost shells are often happen

More seriously though, you’re gonna have to accept that your average teammate will be blind, deaf and severely slow. For the opps being good, I’m quite surprised however because my statement on teammates tends to also apply to the opps I face usually.
About ghost shells and stuff, I don’t play ground so I can’t help you but overall Warthunder is very much a buggy game, you’ll have to get used to getting your entire match ruined by a bug or just packet loss.

Lol! Brother, first off, rank means NOTHING. There are thousands and thousands of “Rank 100’s” that do not know WHAT the heck they are doing. Then there are “low ranks” who absolutely obliterate me. And I have been playing for over 10 years now.
You need to save yourself the stress and stop looking at other player’s ranks and/or stats. It is all meaningless. You will get better. It takes time. Often a lot of time. The game is over 10 years old, with effectively 10+ “expansions”. Don’t compare yourself to other players, just keep playing matches, asking questions/advice here on the forums, and work on your own game play.
You cannot change your teammates. You cannot avoid “Rank 100” players (which again, is meaningless.) You will only cause yourself grief.

Don’t judge others by your own standards. Just because someone has level 100 or a lot of battles doesn’t mean they will allways play at the same level as you.
Just to be clear, I don’t consider myself a good player. I’d say I’m more average, or even slightly below average xD. But I’ve been playing this game for too long, and some time ago I stopped caring about losing a match. I’m simply satisfied if I leave a battle with a high number of points. I also have better and worse days, so sometimes I play very well, only to get beaten badly in the next match xD, and sometimes I get beaten for several or even a dozen matches in a row.

This makes no sense (as many posts on same subject). You cannot complain that your team is useless and the enemy is “veteran”…unless the game is deliberately trying to punish you personally (which is doubtful to say the least).
Matchmaking will semi-randomly put players on both teams…if you play enough matches you will get good/bad teammates and good/bad enemies…up to you to make the most of it…
If you think your team is always bad and the enemy is always good, then odds are you are suffering from confirmation bias…and as such you won’t believe it anyway…
