This seems to be exactly the same bug fixed for the SB 2M-105 in the Ninth Wave release notes:
— a bug that caused instant failure of the carburetor (the start of fuel starvation) during negative G-forces and inverted flight.
Non gamebreaking but annoying to have the engine continuously cutting out during maneouvres.
