That has nothing to do with the battlerating, the B-66 not getting airspawn is due to its rank, same goes for the bomber Vautours and the Yak-28
Rank is artificialy set up by Gaijin and it handicaps this aircraft to oblivion.
My personal favorite 1 pick for this update, unique, no top tier, bomber, and detailed cockpit.
