AW159 Wildcat HMA2: The Cat with Many Claws!

just clarifiyng cause your statement was wrong of only 1 nation having a MITL Heli that has it in its current loadout

The Apaches do not. Which was the point.

We’ve already made it clear at several points today Spike has MITL but its not active this major. So that much is very clear.

If the JAGM is objectively better, why does it matter whether the AH-64E gets inferior munitions it historically used?

H145M mentioned :D

CM 502KG does feature mitl
So you can add the z10me to the list

I’m more concerned about the range of the Spike NLOS. Basically, a helicopter could just hover out of reach of most anti-aircraft guns, leaving players with no way to counter such a weapon (except for aircraft, which still require enough points to spawn). I consider this unfair.

Why, the missiles are incredibly slow, 1 or 2 spaa up will easily intercept all of them. They just need to remove the close helipad or increase the reload time for helicopters

i am not speaking just for the NLOS i am talking about all of them imagine 2-3 AH-64E siting behind cover and just firing 7 random missiles and just the last one having MITL will kill the spaa because it cant intercept 8 missiles, ans killing the spaa he will have left 8 more missiles to launch

So Russia can have MITL added before everyone else, but MITL will not be added to spikes because then it wouldnt be fair to the other nations who dont have MITL missiles?

Lol

The LMURs don’t have MITL ingame

Must have missed that development-i thought it was announced with MITL

@Smin1080p_WT In regards to the Martlet, could we see a bump to this bug report for its use on the Stormer HVM? It was accepted 2 years ago and now would be an opportune time to push it through :)

Russia does not have MITL in game currently either. MITL is not being introduced until more than just a couple of nations have options for it.

6/9 possible nations as of this moment according to current loadouts, if we dont count spikes being a possible addition for apaches
If apaches get either spike er2 or spike nlos its 8/9 with israel/US joining the club

Only one without an option currently being germany which would need a new vehicle all together(H145M/Spanish Tiger Club 2)

Sweden not being counted due to not having any option and having been left out of the MITL statement from the beginning for obvious reasons

Since when was “produced” ever an excuse for not adding modern stuff that was clearly advertised by the produer? half the Chinese top tier ordinance is based on fiberglass models in airshows, and lets not forget the mythical Kh38MT… (also “lack of info” makes no sense since you guys make up the seeker parameters, loft angle, and guidance behavior of top tier guided weapons based on nothing, there is no info out there on details on the k38, agm84h, chinese ir bombs or most top tier weapons for that matter)

the only caveat i can think of is that the spike ER has a fibre optic cable providing mitl where nlos and lmur use datalink, so they won’t lose signal if there’s terrain in the way, letting ER armed helicopters permanently stay behind cover

u think gajin cares about implementing that.
They all just gonna work the same either way

Is Starstreak planned for the Wildcat? Iirc the guidance mechanism is exactly the same (which is why it can be fielded by Stormer without modification afaik) and Wildcat has been seen hauling Starstreaks around in a mixed load with Martlets
