If it is already reloading and you break the autoloader it will still load for Russian MBT’s.

I don’t know if they model this in-game or not, but when you hit the rotating part, the round is already aligned with the breech, so the autoloader just has to push the round into the breech.
it is not modeled separately so destroying autoloader should completely stop

Have you checked the server replay as well?
Sometimes the client doesn’t display the correct information or images due to client server desync.
