I have some sad info about this. The gun fired only HE/shrapnel ammo (this isn’t the same gun as the one mounted on the P.108A).

It’s a repurposed naval gun, a license-built copy of the 4 in QF Mark V. So it should at least be capable of firing an SAP shell as well.
True, but not a lot is know about the ammo fired by that gun. At least, from what I know.
We know they had the ability to destroy 15 british tanks at LONG RANGE. So it must have some sort of anti-tank ability.

Well, it fired heavy naval ammo at supersonic speed (like 25 or more kg traveling at 600 m/s). It will destroy/damage tanks for sure.
I have researched and it can fire HE and AP ammo.
