They can make it in folder, Optional for Researching, gaijin really does not bother adding another copy paste vehicle since his legs cant move for adding a completely new vehicle.

A eurofighter typhoon with no BVR. You want to put the best FM in game in a br that will probably be lower than 14.3 since it’s limited to IR missiles just like how f16 netz is at 12.3 because of having only python 3. The amount of damage IRIST will do to under br planes will be irreparable.

Theoretically, if the austrian typhoon was added today, it would face sparrows in a downtier. There is no way to balance this plane out. The austrian typhoon was meant for surveillance and given iris-t as defense. Won’t survive top tier but will demolish whatever lower br and downtiers it gets. It can carry up to 4 iris-t but usually austria uses two at a time. 2-4 guaranteed kills in a match and then beating the shit out of every f16 it will face in a dogfight. I don’t know how you think this is balancable when Gaijin still has su 30 at 13.3 and pretty much the entire air for all nations 12.7-14.3 is messed up right now.
I don’t think Austria should give sweden anything other than swedish vehicles imo it should unfortunately be treated like Canada that way its vehicles can go to their respective manufacturer nations

If it has Only IRCCM Missile and Good turning rate, good Air to ground armaments Then Yes, there is alot of options and ways that this thing can be balanced.
While i am not saying it should Face that, there is a Reasonable BR for it.
Also Austria Does not have Medium range Missiles for the typhoon at this moment, but they are planning to get them soon, Which will also help for BR Placement In the future, taking into account this will be an in future related situation, we can expect to see or not see it by that time.
Being a Swedish Export, Sub-TT isnt required.

Aim 9M at 12.0-12.3? The f4ej Kai phantom II at 12.3 has Aim 9L and sparrows. The typhoon is the best defensive plane in the game. You can notch multiple missiles easily with the large amount of countermeasures it gets and also one of the fastest so any plane trying to run away can’t. And the best FM without even using the AoA toggle to dogfight.

Also We are speaking about austrian tech tree universally, and not tied to a singular plane that possible for its Future Implementation.
Austria cancelled their procurement of AMRAAMs for budget reasons. There are no pictures of the austrian typhoon carrying AMRAAMs for testing I could find.
Yes, but adding the austrian subtree will lead to the introduction of the typhoon which will cause alot of problems just like the ones we see right now. Typhoons with their superior FM, CM, and missiles need to stay in top tier. If Gaijin adds it 0.3-0.4 br lower than the current typhoons then maybe some balance can be found. It will be good for planes below top tier but obviously not good for players flying the austrian typhoon. I don’t see how adding a plane that only people who don’t fly it will enjoy it looks beneficial to Gaijin.
Making a plane designed for surveillance to be useful in an offense game is quite hard to do.
In terms of variety i get his point, basically everyone else has everything sweden has and more so i get his point
Besides gaijin will probably give the gripen E to everyone so whats unique to sweden?

What other nations can get the gripen E? I only knew of Japan being able to get it from thailand.
