ASM-2 and sea radar (F-2 all verssions) Bug

(Problem with anti-ship missiles (ASM-2 of F-2 all versions), obligation to have the radar in naval mode to lock the targets with IR missiles (therefore optical), see the AGM 119A mechanics of the Danish F-5 which works well), and radar that locks players planes in anti-ship mode.

ASM-2 missile:
- Radar lock requirement to fire IR missile (not logical)
- the missile heads towards any part of the ship, since it is IR it should head towards
this area (engine room or helm room, since in IR in game these are the areas that
stand out the most.
- Here is an image of a missile impact on a boat (165 kg explosive charge), because in
game it explodes on the hull without piercing the armor (which is not realistic)

Radar J/APG-2 (F2 all verssions):
- Locking on player targets (planes) with an anti-ship radar shouldn’t be possible,
right?

Personal opinion:

If you increased the points for destroying ships, you would sell more aircraft with this type of missile (F-2 ADTW, Tornado IDS MFG, F-5A (G) from Denmark).

and actually justify finally adding them to the dozens of aircraft that have none so far

The radar track is just to provide an IOG point to steer the missile to until terminal IR guidance takes over

We have to wait but yes I am depending on when an Exocet on the Super-Etandard

autemp put the possibility of locking like the AGM 119A of the F-5 less complicated to use

The problem is the AGM119A locking method is very placeholder and not really how it works in real life
