Updated post 05/03/2026 - Xray model updated as well as statcard+tech tree image, model appears to be almost finished (however is including an FCS module that shouldnt be present). Only reload rate/ 1st stage ammunition requires implementation before the vehicle appears to be ready to ship

absolutely chugging through these reports, you’ll have to update this frequently

If anyone here has a source for the AS-90 please throw it my way

let me know whenever youve done more of them, either here or discord and ill add them to the list

there’s already a new one lol

will probably hold back on a weight report, not got a reliable figure

could get it as low as 39.5 ton

in any case, 45 ton is the largest combat mass i’ve seen, it can only go down

Can you add the stat card for this thing?

[DEV] AS90 too many crew

might throw it at the wall and see if it sticks, but it won’t be my priority for now, i have no confidence it would go through

The first round is already loaded, firing it starts the clock so 10/2=5.

All sources state 3 rounds in under 10 seconds, so at most it should be a four second reload

footage i found to find an accurate ROF had 3 shells (first loaded) in 9.3 seconds. 5 second reload is fine

Firstly, ROF is typically given with the breach loaded, so:

T=0s, First shot is fired
T=5s, 2nd shot is fired
T=10s, 3rd shot is fired

Which makes a 5s reload correct.

Secondly, your source contradicts itself as later in the page (the more info section), by stating “3 rounds/ 10 seconds” or 3 rounds in 10 seconds.

Its actually capable of 3 rounds in 9.2 seconds based on this footage, so an ace crew reload of 4.6 seconds is the very best i think it could ever be. making 5 seconds more than adequate:

I was just giving an example of the ROF given the 3 rounds in 10 seconds figure.

I just found that footage really cool.

Im really excited to bonk some tiger 2s with an L15a2, maybe some planes with an L15a2(pf) too if my accepted report is actioned.

Eh, I kinda burned myself out on 155mm SPHs with the Type 75. I’m just waiting for Abbot or something smol like it (RO2001 for example)

fair enough. I havent played many SPHs other than M109 and G6, M109 was mid as its traverse is poor and the velocity was meh when im usually in an APDS shell shatter machine, G6 was great fun but the chassis its on held it back.

GBT and AS90 fix my issues with the 109 and g6 and are very fun on the dev server, with the 5 and 10 second reloads they both feel perfectly fine.

They already have the hull modelled; they have teased us for years. Abbot, sexton and other funny smaller bonk gun vehicles ill enjoy a lot
