Arjun Mk 1: Archer Prince!

what the heck

arjun looks like type 90

the arjun ingame is still too good compared to the one in real life tho.

See? See? THAT is how you make a subtree vehicles. Its THAT easy! Why do you keep insisting on addint those copypaste slop vehicles, when you are CAPABLE of making something new?

Arjun is long awaited, pretty interesting machine. Im glad we got it to tech tree.

can we also have a mk2?

Happy to see more unique domestic subtree additions as opposed to just having imports from other trees

Hope we see more of content like this down the line

Indeed!

The scrutiny in real life comes from this tank being an embarrassment next to its direct counterparts.

If BRs were fully historical, this tank would be 12.0-12.3…

However, in War Thunder, since BRs aren’t necessarily tied to introduction dates, it can be 10.7, where it will do quite well with a nice lineup.

However, please see this! This will greatly hinder Arjun unless changed.

EDIT: BUG REPORT: Community Bug Reporting System

Probably 11.0 very soon

You study latin? (I passed my exam yesterday.)

I’m certainly glad they’re introducing this tank, but this niche has actually been filled for about seven years already by another Leopard-like tank aka Vickers Mk.7.

Happy to see this tank in the game as I feel like it’s relatively unknown compared to most MBTs. I was slightly sad seeing it at 10.7 on the dev server as that is already a very strong and full lineup. Kinda hoping it was unfinished and ends up at a different BR.

Was hoping we would get the more modern t90 bhishma too this update to go with it to fill that international line

Thats the 1a, which is different. IIRC the mk1 is like, 9-10 ton lighter. So even more a Ferrari!

You really expect anyone to click on that?

They should be the last to be used, but also the last to be loaded. The load order ought to be first in, first out with shells 1-10 being in the bustle rack. I suspect it’s because these three shells on the floor weren’t originally part of the ready rack in the first dev release.

Agreed! This issue leads to serious survivability issues.

You mentioned first dev release, has it been corrected today?

No, unless I’m misremembering, in the first dev release the ready rack was just the turret bustle. The shells in the turret floor didn’t count as part of the ready rack like they do right now. That’s what I meant by first dev release. Take it with a grain of salt because my memory is a little fuzzy and I wasn’t taking screencaps.
