Why would it make sense? What connection does Germany have to a Danish F-16?
It’s an American vehicle tied to a nation that has more historical history and alliance ties with a different alliance that Germany isn’t connected to?

I bring up trial vehicles because we crossed that threshold when gaijin added the T-80U and Mi-28 to try and make more money.
I have always been of the opinion it was never a good idea, I have for the most part always sided with Germany when it came to issues with diversity between Sweden and Germany. I only dislike the idea of my home being split between two nations. Yes I main Denmark who is currently found on sweden but I mained Germany long before so I do know a bit about their trees struggles and try to keep up to date with proposed vehicles and fixes for them.
Fights over subtree nations really annoys me alot (Still remember the fights i had over Australian Sep v3 and Canadian leopards). They really are a big headache and I don’t wanto to do it again

That’s exactly what’s going to happen, everyone has different opinions to everyone else, it’s just part of being human. A proper balance will never exist.
Also technically Argentina bought their F-16 from Denmark so technically Argentinian F-16 which could be added to Germany would have Danish origin :D
Well, they both train in ENJPPT (probably the most important factor), interleave in Baltic AP and now ‘Arctic Sentry’ from Keflavik, just of top of my head.
Sweden wasn’t in NATO up until 2024, while Denmark was one of the founder back in 1949.
But, as I said, this is a video game and if French can have Dutch F16s, Germans for sure can have Denmark’s.
Not really that, they do have a gap between 13.7 which imo should be filled, any gaps on any tree should be filled if possible but I personally am of the opinion gaijin should sit down and figure out trees from start to finish before adding more nations to the game.
Properly see what gaps they will have and how to fill them and what the future will look like.
The F16AJ for Japan could’ve been avoided if gaijin had added a subtree for them back then. Ect ect I think German players have a solid right to want something there but I personally don’t want to have my home under the flag of Germany when we already exist on Sweden and currently are able to fill out their TT better than Norway when it comes to filling gaps with our vehicles.
Especially given the F16AM should get IRIS-T and be moved up which leaves Sweden lacking a vehicle at 13.7 that can mount up to 6x Fox 3
Well, having a hole of a two BR steps in a row isn’t a matter of opinion, but balance.
French have Finnish SPAA, Germany has Finnish tanks, US has a Norwegian SAM yeah, it’s gonna happen but I can ask for that to not happen. It probably won’t matter but I don’t care it’s my opinion. You can hate it all you want

Yeah I know Sweden had the biggest gap for literal years and still have plenty of which we can fill what Norway can’t while we are also all apart of the same alliance,(and Iceland too I guess lol)
Well yeah they could’ve but Gaijin has other plans that’s how it always goes.

So there is no point in fighting over it, Gaijin won’t add Denmark to Germany it’s too late and it doesn’t make any sense
I wouldn’t be so sure, I was certain NL would be a German subtree long ago but plans change but given what Smin has stated, subtrees usually start with a premium vehicle or event or even a TT filler vehicle before being announced officially as a sub.
We also though Norway wouldn’t come given some German and US players wanted them but here we are.
I know, but a few things to consider.
Germany is a “major” TT and shouldn’t have holes like the “minor” (Swedish) TTs do.
Also, we’re not deciding anything here. We’re making suggestions and I’m pretty sure Denmark’s F16s would be a good fit from a operational and game standpoints. But it can be Argentinian F16 too, or Czech Gripen, or IDK, something else. It doesn’t really matter, as long as the hole gets closed.
Because Gaijin just does things their own way, and it can take them ages to make a move
And as I’ve stated before, I’m all for an Argentinian F-16 especially since the argentinians plan on continuing upgrades to the f-16s they just bought from us since we’re going to be buying more f-35s and other vehicles. This allows for more unique versions of the F-16 alongside a version that’s similar, if not exactly identical to Denmark’s version to be on the German tree
