The KH-38MT will be buffed, they were also given GNSS. So now they can be launched from a distance of 15 km.
Their post being correct is probably why so many are upset.
Something that’s in limbo for existence staying in the game is controversial.
I support the facts myself, I don’t care for the Kh-38MT myself, and I’m upset about the lack of communication from devs about this matter.

They’re also getting a speed limit and that 15km range is not new, they were already launched from that range.
I’ve launched Kh-38MTs, Hammers, and AGM-65Ds from 16 - 20km consistently.
Though, if you think they’ll still be OP in the new era of SPAA, I’d love to see the new 1v1s.
Flying high is now a death sentence cause 3 of the tech trees have high-altitude F&F missile coverage; of course I do expect bugs for the first month, potentially up to 3.
