A bug report could be tried, but I’m fairly sure it would be rejected as the only source is a marketing brochure.

It was commented and then closed. The original idea of the thread was good, a welcome discussion to open in the Forums, but as you can see at least I think you experienced, the great majority of the comments on that reply either was just a scratch disk repeating the same-same comments or others that don’t have nothing to do; resulting in a huge derail and sudden close of the thread.

Personally I think the idea of removing the Kh-38MT is not going to happen even if we (players) get at a point of the “War Thunder Players Union” stupidity again just because of a in-game item that affect a small percentage of the players compared to the game as a whole, that’s why I think we didn’t have any official comments if that whole chaos made in that thread will result in something, actually did: in nothing.
i mean i would be fine if kh-38mt is ingame if
- They buff other AGM(65s drag coefficient, flight profile, etc…)
- Make it cost 1k+ sp to spawn(since its stupidly OP compare to other AGM)
- Buff SPAA(no CAS=tank gameplay, yay)
- ACTUALLY FIXING SPAA(adats bug report on elevation is 2 years for example)
- Give more reward on killing planes
- They nerf 38mt(zoom and thermal are better than some targeting pod, wowie, nerf to 15x zoom and gen 2 thermal-its 25x and gen 3 currently)

Calling the 2023 episode a ‘stupidity’ is… Concerning. And shows the lack of understanding of why games like the main competitor of WT is dying at a supersonic pace. The excessive amounts of greed and lack of Quality of Life updates were leading the game into a crash course at a vertiginous speed.
So if it’s not a 50+1% issue for the community, it shouldn’t be adressed? How selfish is that.

In my opinion the AGM-65, specially HEAT warhead only needs a rework on the overpressuring and penetration logic, some times (regardless of the vehicle) it explodes but causes no internal damage, further a crater is made under the target as if it wasn’t hit by a missile.
Making a weapon cost over 1 000 spawn points is pointless, better off going to a Nuke or get similar and cheaper weapons, the Kh-29T still a very effective with 1/4 of the total range of an Kh-38MT in-game currently. Despite the issues with bug report not being fixed within days and such stupidity from the CBRS, ADATS and other currently in-game SACLos missiles can still beat ordnances as well planes, I was surprised that a VT-1 could face some missiles in a match.
Regarding rewards, is a in-game general issue, I agree that ground realistic battles specially ground vehicles need better rewards compared to air realistic battles, you sneeze one time and got enough research points for a plane while you destroy the whole world for a Rank I modification, obviously is exaggeration but I mean that the reward between one and another doesn’t help the situation, specially in a gamemode that can take between 10 minutes to the total 25 minutes.

I’ve been demanding people provide evidence for the better part of 2 months on the forum, longer on Discord.
I initially said there’s no evidence of the existence of Kh-38MTs, I’ve never said anything otherwise.
Sorry, but Kh-38MTs lack evidence regardless of what y’all claim.

I’ve said this in the past myself. SwingfireOP and I have agreed on over 80% of things stated.
SwingfireOP and I were literally saying on the Kh-38MT may not exist topic that there was no evidence. He knows my stance cause it’s his stance as well.
Also I’ve amended my initial post to portray my thoughts and position more accurately.
There’s no evidence of functional Kh-38MTs as of my current knowledge set. If anyone has evidence, provide it, otherwise we agree.
