Are items purchased through Steam accessible when not playing via my Steam account

I have a Steam account but haven’t installed War Thunder or play War Thunder using Steam. I want to purchase a Steam discounted starter pack. Will the starter pack be accessible when playing not via Steam?

I’d assume you can just use the normal login after binding the WT account to your Steam account but never tried it

Ive used some gaben bucks from selling old csgo stuff to buy GC/GE works fine when im back on standalone.

Cant speak for packs, and im sort of sure packs purchased on the steam store page (outside of game) actually wont work on standalone based on comments ive read.

It’s only going to work if you start playing War Thunder via Steam and create a new game account there (since using already existing War Thunder accounts is not allowed).
