costal is pretty fine in bluefleet the duilio conte is better than the littorio class who suffer alot of think who are not 100% accurate to the reality
Talking about NRB, they are fine and even enjoyable. You should unlock AP shell first and then everything else. Littorio suck against other player-operated ships though due to nerfed accuracy and RoF.
