Are AIM-120C5's really better than the A/Bs or did Gaijin have not fix the C5's yet?

I know this has been a topic for so many people now and that their are plenty of answers for this already but I just want to know since I just got the AIM-120Bs on my F-15E and I’m close to getting the C5s soon but are the C5s really superior to the A/B models? even though Gaijin hasn’t modeled them correctly yet or fixed them from what I’ve heard from others. Also I heard you should use both B and C5s for Long Range and For-All-Around Shit (C5’s for Long Range) + (Bs For All-Around-Shit).

Any useful information and answers will be most appreciated!

some bring 2-4 C-5 for early match BVR and the rest are 120B

not at the current combat ranges.

sadly thats true.

some people do use such loadout. I was one of them but then i realized its not worth it.

Main problem of C5s is two fold.
A) theyre actually worse than Bs in close range due to having less peak G pull
B) due to AMRAAMs speed, at ranges where the C5s have advantage over Bs, the target plane needs to be AFK flying or deaf in order to get hit by them.

Currently state of the game is no longer like it was on ARH release where AIM-120 dominated because they had range - people learned how to defeat them, so firing C5s at even longer ranges gives the target even longer time window where they can defend.
