Appeal for Account Unban (loni_hor, Ticket #2966291)

Dear Gaijin Entertainment Support Team,

My War Thunder account was permanently banned on March 23, 2025. Despite multiple requests, I have not received a clear explanation of the violation or evidence supporting this decision.

I kindly ask you to:

  1. Specify the exact reason for the ban (date, time, type of violation).
  2. Review the case, as I have never used cheats, mods, or any prohibited software.
  3. Provide an opportunity to submit evidence of my innocence:
    • Gameplay recordings (Twitch/YouTube).
    • Remote access to my PC for inspection.

Additional information:

  • Previous ticket (#2966291) received only automated responses.
  • Over 20,000 RUB was invested in the account — I have no motive to violate rules.

Attachments:

  1. Screenshots of past correspondence.
  2. Transaction history (available upon request).

Please resolve this issue fairly. I am ready to cooperate fully.
