Appeal against account ban / Manual verification request

Dear Gaijin Support Team,

My account was recently permanently banned for “unsporting conduct” (violation of paragraph 3.2.3 of the EULA). However, I can assure you that I do not cheat, nor have I ever used any bots or prohibited third-party software.

Could you please clarify whether this was a manual ban or an automatic detection by the anti-cheat system?

I strongly suspect this might be a false positive. I sometimes use a utility tool called “Control Defender” (used to manage Windows Defender) in the background on my PC. I know that some anti-cheat systems occasionally flag security/system tools or require a reboot because of them, and I am concerned that the system may have mistakenly flagged it as malicious software.

I kindly request that you perform a manual review of my game data and logs to verify my good faith.

If you suspect your account was used by someone else to commit any forbidden actions, please provide proof for other, unusual login locations when contacting support (you can find your recent login history in the Security Settings on the main War Thunder website).
