I did not know where to post this, so i picked a general chat.
While I was at work my son (12 years old) has been using my steam account to play warthunder. While doing so he has been chat banned ( on my account ) I ask him what he did. My son has used radical slurs towards random people. This is completely unaccpetable; As his Father I would like to apologize on his behalf to all the players and people on this game for his actions and my failing to oversee what my child was doing. Again I am deeply and sincerely sorry to all.

Did you keep the Receipt?
There might be a warranty and you can get a refund

Being chat banned is actually a great thing then, now your son won’t be able to disrupt the peace in chat anymore. As a father you must be feeling safe: now your son can’t insult anyone anymore in chat.
Sit down with your kid and make him look in the mirror.
(If only WT was a free to play game where one could have their own account, before my current one I did have a personal account split from my parents’ when I was younger)

It is and I agree, I already spoke with him. He is understandly grounded. The chat ban is very much again a fair ban ( even tho its on my account ) He will not be playing online games for a while or just the rest of the summer and will instead be putting his time into more productive things.
We got this weird thing at the hospital call a “birth Cert” thats it tho
Might need to contact the hospitals customer support :P

Meh . . you do your best, raise a perfectly good little hooman bean for 5 - 6 years,
then send them off to public school(please do not say he is home schooled!!)
and they are ruined in 6 months . . . or less.
Way of the world . . . and the stuff they learn online(at very young ages)
is actually pretty sad and disgusting too(takes longer to learn stuff on the street)
You can’t be there 24/7 anyway . . . if you can teach them ONE thing . .

Good Luck . . . (the teenage years are coming . . . )
p.s. “Manning Up” and doing the “right thing” by making this post
shows you still have a chance I think . . . .

Don’t they have 18 year warranties? I think you can get an exchange.
