Since this update I have experienced FPS stuttering in all game modes; Tank, Planes, And Naval.
It is most notable in Tanks where sometimes when I drive, it will “snap back” my progression and crash into a wall or something.

Most of settings are blank because I am running Ultra Low Graphics.
