Not really, all the E gets is a new seeker and MMW, while the ER gets a new body and booster so it can actually be competitive with the 31PD.

If pantsir is stupid, you can lock their search radar and kill them. If it isnt. It turns off radar and uses K band track radar which is impossible to lock afaik.
Btw has anyone made suggestion about iff on arms? It is genuinely annoying when you point seeker right at enemy aa just to see its locked at your friendlies.
There is no point in it judging from my experience in nt. Osa casually sends and guides missile perfectly right at you without radar usage and buk has no issues launching no rwr missiles (probably because it was sent that way) without radar lock and line of sight. Huge pencil of doom just comes from mountain without warning and you can only pray it doesnt direct hit or splash you.

Because they don’t want to do it. The feature is present on it. Target lists loaded onto the missile aren’t added because they don’t want to fudge IFF, and they don’t want us to cue ARMs by positional information for launches (which was something present even on older munitions) as a way to limit blue on blue. So we’re SoL.

Yeah, but if we didn’t have mixed rubbish, a certain nation with the best Helicopter, SAM, Aircraft, ARM, A2G munition and decent tanks would be curbstomping and then Gemini Entertainment would actually have to do something about balance.

Not sure if anyone pointed this out, but the CM-102 ARM on some chinese jets has thrust vectoring fins modelled in-game, but only pulls a max of 10g’s, and i dont even think it has TVC in-game…
In-case anyone needed more proof ARM’s are massively artificially nerfed in-game. The only ARM that can actually pull decently well is the LD-10, and thats cuz the Chinese players were able to proove its LITERALLY an SD-10 with a different seeker, gaijin tried to gut its manoeuvrability too at first.

This is most likely a visual model error. I personally have never found a photo of the CM-102 from the rear.
No, it differs in weight and flight range and added INS.
IRL also have another type of fuse.

What irks me more is that the CM-102 has similar performance the the HARM while being almost over 30 years newer.

Ignoring the fact we dont know what the rear actually looks like, these guide vanes are… entirely static, no actuator system or anything.
