Another Abrams post, but about M1A1 specifically and how Gaijin calculate

Moved to General cuz my post sinked down to the Mariana Trench xddd
How does Gaijin calculate the Abrams armor, specifically the M1A1.
The A1 has 31.75mm+360mm composite+101mm rha and angle at standard 45 deg which ingame calculate around 390-410mm KE protection

Spoiler

But the turret armor, which is 38mm+800mm composite+101mm rha and at ~41 deg impact angle(head on) only have 35mm more KE protection when compare to the hull???

Spoiler

How does it make sense, im geniunely curious, and right side has ~90mm more KE protection which isnt as bad but still
2.2x the composite, but only add 35mm more KE while the impact angle is only 4 deg less
And like the HC, AIM and A2 ups with turret DU/improve armor insert only add 100mm more CE protection, when compare to the A1 turret armor which has ~930mm(right side-left side A1 is ~1040mm CE, and things like HC, AIM and ups only adds in ~100mm more CE, both side)

Spoiler

Also does Gaijin know different Abrams even though having same hull layout, has improve composite/material/architect through different generation(which only has ~3, with a google search)
Also this post is not “muh US suffa” or “Abruhams sucks” post I want to know what is the likely reason gaijin choose such a low number for 2.2x amount of composite and better generation(there isnt a dedicate generations but generally 3 gen which 1st gen is M1/Chally 1 then gen 2 A1+ until SEP likely has gen 3)
I want to know :)
Too much abrams post?

460 (right cheek) - 370 (hull) = 90, not 35!

Some of the Abrams variants ingame have a plethora of armor related issues, but this isn’t one of them.

90mm more yet having 2.2 times the composite
that doesnt sit right to me
also hull is ~390-410mm depend on the round you use

you are aware that Gaijin stands by it’s mentality of ‘if we don’t know it, we don’t mind tweaking the numbers’, right? They’ll change it to 5mm for that sweet, sweet Russian bias. Just sit back and suffer already.
