Its stupid fast and its SPAMMED TO UTTER BUGGERY with the new premium bmd… Its bloody everywhere and half the time it makes no noise (i know its not the bmd/bmps fault but it certainly benefits from it). Its not like i play light tanks and am just annoyed, i keep getting fucking over pressured by its atgm from it hitting my track and shit… Its missile is just bullshit.

I don’t disagree the BMD should probably get looked at, the thing is an absolute race car. It’s just funny the BMP-3 which is no where near as good catches strays.

BMP-3 = 9.0 vs BMD-4 = 9.3

They have the same top speed, sure but the real difference is in the power to weight ratio

BMP-3 = 26.7 HP/t
BMD-4 = 33.1 HP/t (BMD-4M = 33.3HP/t)

BMP-3 is no slouch but >30HP/t makes the BMDs some of the fastest vehicles in the game.

The BMD-4M is vastly inferior to my M3A3, BMP-2M, and soon to be my Desert Warrior, VCC-80/30, and ZBD04A.

The BMD-4M doesn’t go to 10.0 unless it gets APFSDS for its autocannon to be on-par with all the other 10.0’s autocannons.

Maybe 9.7, but definitely not 10.0.

If you want to put the ammo in between, the 25 SIDAM and MISTRAL
of the Italian branch have 600 h and 3mm penetration and 60 APDS. It has no other rounds, the ammo boxes save it.

Could be barrel wear? but most likely for balancing reason, it was limited to 160 rounds before so 250 is way better + that is still a decent amount as long as you dont spam it at everything.

Also, Its an IFV, irl apds are last resort and to kill tank you need to use the ATGM instead

No clue how the sidam is allowed to be at 8.3 while the shulka is better than it lol. Search radar plus lock radar allow it to actually lock onto shit further out than 2km and give lead.

Gun has lower and upper feed, APDS can be used only through upper feed of gun
