are you talking about the 12.7 F18 early?
Their radars are pretty much identical in performance and they are very strong 12.7 aircrafts
tbh they’re close enough.
Though I somewhat agree, cause the american ones can get the exact same upgrades the german ones get
like upgraded engines, cms, radar, etc but just doesn’t in game for some reason at the same br.

The radars are not identical. One has better electronic irccm, ground mapping, and processing amongst other things.
I am still searching for an official document, but that’s what I’ve found so far. Take it for what you will.
Also if the swiss f18 has a better radar, more cm’s and still finds itself at the same br, then why should the American one not have the same? These things do make a difference, regardless of how big of a difference, it’s still a difference.
