I’ve never seen this being the case, it literally just maxes out at Mach 2.49 according to Boeing.

Understandable but my point is that most vehicles come with multiple skins from different eras/squadrons, so I wouldn’t say that the skin a vehicle comes with will determine all of its characteristics, for example the F-15E you mentioned is an older variant with the 220s, yet it still has Gbu 39s and Hmd, which are very late model upgrades for the F-15E

F-15Es have never been used operationally without CFTs. You’ll find some OT tails without them. And its happened a handful of times in training (mostly for fun). But not something ever done in practice.

I just don’t like how they pick and choose which things they want to add to a plane, they’ll give us the most advanced gps bombs and a radar with an hmd, yet at the same time they give us the oldest, weakest engines and a radar without the increased range. It’s just frustrating that nearly every update there’s a situation like this

With the HMD it should have Litening. I understand Gaijin won’t give it the sniperpod. As they said “there is nothing similar to it so it would be unbalanced.” (Loose quote.)
