it would have been interesting to see maybe an F-15E Early and possibly giving israel a later upgrade of a F-15D Baz Meshupar

The devs are not some evil entity hell bent on causing you pain. They make mistakes due to the nature of their job.
It is the job of the community to try and point out their mistakes - but we should also at least try and understand why a change was made.

They are a company oriented on making lots of money. To suggest they don’t make choices based on the companies finances is an impossibility.

Of course this is true, the majority of their decisions are financially motivated, which is to be expected.
But where is the financial motivation in holding back the peformance of the F-15E. Giving USA an extremely competitive top tier aircraft would be lucrative for them since many players would buy prems to get it, or GE it outright. Far more so than if they added one to israel.
My point is, is that I think the reason they did not give the 229s to the F-15E is to not overshadow the F-15C. I am not defending this logic - I dont agree with it, and the reason why is that the same logic cannot apply to the Ra’am, which will simply overshadow the Baz Meshupar if it comes in its current state at 13.7

again, if all the performance is consolidated into one, they will have a tougher time getting the same money out of that one aircraft as they would 2 aircraft that do different roles. a lot of people grind mainly the bomber line because of the passive playstyle, so putting the dominant fighter in that line would hurt their pockets

Your point was that if the F-15E was the top dog in terms of ginding air AND ground, then players would be incentivised to only grind one aircraft, which would be less lucrative.
This seems logical, however I would suggest that if they WERE to add the F-15E with 229s, the amount of people it would tempt to spend money on rushing to top tier to get an extremely powerful vehicle would actually make it more lucrative than if they didnt add it - that was my point.
