When did it start happening and are you using the steam client?
Have you restarted your network/modem?
I use Steam to start the game. No problems.
@protonox14, Community Bug Reporting System has lots of entries for this issue, but they’re all closed because nobody provided the logs that that they were meant to. You could contribute to Community Bug Reporting System, or, probably better yet, file your own bug. I’d have done so if this had continued to affect me, but it doesn’t.
Bumping year old reports like this, where the issue is more likely a configuration/client-side issue is silly, and the reason why most of those threads will be closed… Not because they didn’t provide the information, but more likely because they didn’t respond, or that there was a problem with Steam that cleared up.
The OP needs to actually answer the questions posed earlier rather than report a bug just because no-one has any instructions or guidance for them.
@FlyingDoctor, for some, that doesn’t appear to be the case, based upon triage (like Community Bug Reporting System) but for most, you’re probably correct:

I suppose that if they can’t verbosely file a forum post, they probably should go through ZenDesk first, rather than the issue tracker.
Honestly, the issue tracker even when it came out, I could see it needed to actually be tended to and triaged… I feel as though many on the issue tracker actually aren’t there in a worthy capacity.
It’s just what happens when you have volunteers doing it.
They need to have tech minded people to go through and diagnose issues, to then pass those reports through to the next level of whatever it is from a bug report to techs, or a map report to devs, or a network/auth/server issue to those who can work with the server side of things.
And they need to do it more… My control issue has been here for over a year, and it’s actually gamebreaking for me, but there’s nothing coming of it, even though it got passed on to the devs.
And really, posting forum posts is the first port of call, to let some pass on info, and then it’d be a thing to put your report link in your thread once you’ve got through the diagnosis.
