Am i crazy or did the SLA-16 turret used to be covered in more tracks on the turret

i swear the amount of tracks used to be more dense and randomized/uneven and a double layer on the front…

now it looks like someone went into sprocket removed half the tracks then with X mirror duplicate setting on moved the remaining tracks its to smooth and symmetrical

please tell me im not going crazy
