Jaguars tend to fly and turn uncoordinated worse than other jets - and I think this is due to the rudder/vertical stabilizer not being modeled correctly.
Shown here in this image I got my rudder shot off. I was flying straight when this happened and doing around 400 kts and all of a sudden the plane starts doing this and will not return to straight and level flight.
The rudder is quite small on this plane with a good portion of the surface area actually being the vertical stabilizer.
With this the plane should be able to fly normally, but obviously with lack of coordination in turns. Plenty of other planes are able to fly with their rudder gone - which have even smaller vertical stabilizers. So obviously something is not correct on this model. At 400kts there should be especially sufficient air to stabilize the plane.
