Al-Hussein (Challenger 1) Falcon - The goofy CR.1

nice work

what uh is that m60 friend?

Excellent stuff!

I don’t know why, but that gif of the transfer from the autoloader to the “barrel” amuses me far to much lmao

One of the best info dumps I’ve ever seen

Damn beat me to this (yes i know the suggestion is nearly 2 months old, I was putting this suggestion on my to do list indefinitely)

Right now this would be a good fit for the 11.3-11.7 area

reload is slow but with it being crewless it would be an ace tier sniper, being a chally 1 its movement would be sluggish but I’d more than likely be lighter than the normal chally 1 so it should be fairly mobile
with the position of (what i assume is the commander sight) it would be very useful, especially so if it gets Gen 2/3 thermals

Only thing its missing is mobility and hull armour which paired with the slow reload will make it terrible in urban enviroments

Probably Jordanian “Phoenix” upgrade without ERA

Was going to do a suggestion for this. It would definitely be a unique addition.

Idk why but that gif sends me, just the little toss

It can reload and hold another projectile in transfer while projectile already in gun
This is a two-level reload mechanism, it will work like this.

Full reload cycle with an empty cannon and an empty transfer is about 7.1 seconds.
But if you wait 4 seconds after reloading the gun, then the next one will be in transfer and you can fire with a reload of 3-3.5 seconds instead 7.1 seconds.

So like the tray mag in the chi ri sort of

Yes, but Falcon can reload only through this tray mag. And reload fully automatically

I assume you are asking about AB9B1. Jane’s explains AB9B1 project quite well to be honest, that’s all there is to read. In 2011-2012 edition of Jane’s it is also mentioned that AB9B1 Level 3 is evolved to M60 Phoenix.

AB9B1 Level 1

Lower Quality but Colored Version

M60A3 (AB9B1 Level 1) - 2

AB9B1 Level 2

AB9B1 Level 3
