On the AJS 37 it is impossible to select flares/chaff with a custom weapon preset
Delete the custom loadouts.
Restart your game
Remake you loadout

thats becasue the pods on the AJ37 and AJS37 have a set chaff and flare ammount that cant be changed
a single pod cant carry more than 24 flares

Flare count can be configured on the BOZ, just not the Chaff.
So I dont think its that.

Is deleting the Cache a possible solution/something to try for OP?
Delete all his custom loadouts, restart the game, remake them. Or it could be as simple as they need to play a game after unlocking the module.
