Air field exploit

The video says it all.
Im out anyways Run and hide on menu FTW i guess.

@tokerstar
I don’t chase people going to their airfields because that’s a waste of time and I prefer to fight on equal terms.

If they want to be inactive and cause ticket drain, that’s their decision.

If they are the only one left, they lose all of their tickets.

If there are other enemies, those are actual threats you should be dealing with.

maybe stop spawn camping

maybe stop running away whenever you’ve lost the match to protect your precious k/d lmao, people have a life and want to finish the game, you’re not going to 1v7 you’re probably just going to fly around the range the sams target and hope it hits them.

inb4 “muh all aspects at top tier” 6.0s can see Rolands it’s fundamentally broken and you’re ignoring the issue because it benefits players like you simple as.

you cant stop me

It’s not lost yet!

Translation: give me the free kill instead of trying to not die.

Personally, i just land and leave. If people want to sit on their af, they will just lose due to ticket drain.

Killing Mig-21/23 on AF is 100% fair game though.

translation, it’s a video game and you’re just being a rat by running away and not playing, it’s not even a free kill you could easily take someone with you

If you think it’s proper to stay right above AF under no spawn protection fire, it’s also proper for him to use whichever spawn protection mechanic he has.

if its unprotected airfield I get why this is annoying but strafing the armed airfield is kinda already bad enough to warrant doing underhanded tactics back to me

either way you can ignore ppl doing this if they arent last guy and if they are last guy it ends the game if they dont takeoff immediately after Jing

I had a similar experience to OP the other day, whole team chasing after a MiG-23 in space, I had been pursuing a J7D in my F-5A. Imbecilie lands on short airfield (Ig he forgot I was there or something) repeatedly ejects until I have to return on fuel. In this case its not “another threat to deal with”, I have no hope of engaging a MiG-23 thats running from me, hence why I broke off to chase the j7D. It’s not “spawn camping”. If you fuck up or refuse to engage someone, thats on you and you should accept the consequences of it. The map had very few ground targets that my teammates had already mopped up (No further ticket draining) so there was literally no counter.

I have nothing to say other than what ive already said, if its last guy it will end game and if it isnt then you probably have other stuff you can do anyway. They should make the gamemode better but not by just making ppl landing free kills

It seems like this is slowly turning into “if you dont head-on me, you are ruining my match”

If i am getting chased by 5 enemies, i am not going to try to dogfight them.

Can’t help but think a solution would be a cooldown for ejecting on the airfield- maybe 30s , or like 15S spawn immunity- enough time to take off and attempt to defend yourself

Ensuring that there is enough ground targets to fully drain tickets would work.

You might want to change the title of this thread (add Air RB & forward AF) and add the tag “air-rb” .

Based on the feedback you recived you might also consider to edit your OP - add the video also to it.

Why?

It looks like that a hell of Ground RB players have not realized that you talked about Air RB and the (unprotected) forward airfield.

Those Ground RB mains have usually a rather limited knowledge about Air RB game mechanics, are highly sensitive regarding any topics which contains the words “spawn” & “respawn” and have severe issues with their reading comprehension.

So it seems logical that you somehow got marked as spawn camper - despite the fact that there is no spawn camping in a “one match, one life” mode and the clown in the Jaguar was too lazy to use his protected main airfield, but smart enough to use the exploit to avoid getting strafed on the unprotected small airfield - on which he landed by his own choice.

Assume that 3rd party readers have limited know how and point out:

  1. You got previously attacked by the same guy using this exploit
  2. The enemy player took the risk to use the unprotected airfield - despite he could have used the safe large airfield and got caught with his pants down
  3. Point out that just the j out mechanic saved him and his bad decision making
  4. Point out that using this exploit can get you killed as you had just 3 CMs and no missiles left and you ran out of fuel. In other words: With at least 4 airborne enemies alive you ran into the risk to get smoked by his team mates just because the enemy pilot used this multiple times

This is (ofc) just a recommendation 😎

utterly ridiculous you aren’t entitled to a win if your team folded then you lose too lmao

nobody is asking for that

Have you tried not spawn camping 🤣 ?
