The point of ASRAAM is that any IRIS-T slingers will be dead long before they ever get into range.
Though ASRAAM will still do just fine in a dogfight

TWS guidance is not a requirement for datalink. The ability for the missile to receive updates after launch is what defines datalink. The R27 can be dumb for 30 seconds straight and will still immediately catch a lock in front of it and track to target if you acquire a lock it can see
look at the altitude listed for the f15 in the last screenshot, its well above the 60m multipath height

that is player but I thought that the lake he was flying over was see level and the replay info lists him at 0.2km altitude where multipath would be 0.06 probably rounded to 1km

seems like average replay desync to me
thats fair enough I guess, but Id think if anything server replay would be more accurate than info listed in game

I mean multipathing isn’t a thing you would use irl to try and defeat a modern radar missile.
Putting a mountain in between you and the missile is, as well as running it out of energy
