you really dont understand what he’s saying.
He is implying that such technology is capable of being fitted on the planes and the way gaijin adds missiles, (like the 9M), it goes to everything that could use it
Not really per the stats that exist in game already. It gets a bit more Delta V from the motor but everything else is largely the same.
Currently it also has worse seeker stats than the other, already equalized ARHes in game so I’d wager that will change on dev.

IRL, yes.
This is war thunder however and as already stated it’s total delta V is only a minor improvement and said delta V for similar missiles is very important to their performance. Its also a overall heavier missile to boot, the change will be far less than the likes of the R-77 vs R-77-1 who got a substantial boost to it’s delta V.

Delta V is not irrelevant to missile performance, it is the measure of the entire efficiency and performance of the missile’s motor in comparison to it’s weight and diameter.
That is it’s actual in game performance pertaining to it’s motor.
