the Rafale isn’t locked to one side and this is still the most balanced sim has been in a year with the r-77-1 making it so adding the aim-120c-5 to everything American would brick balance for however long it takes for something to be added to RU to even it out
its actually pretty balanced once you get in close against it the fact that its a boat means that unless you die to the 360 r-73 (which you shouldn’t) most of the time you win and it is perfectly possible to dodge all r-77-1s they aren’t mica’s that are harder to notch (like the aim-120c-5 doesn’t also have a better Doppler gate than the r-77-1 anyway)

For R77-1, that is like most other R77 users. Even Su39 potentially, that is not exceptions, the Su30SM is the exception.
It is worth remembering that the top US aircraft have the oldest and worst radars in the game. Therefore, it is not worth pitting them against the Su-30 and other top Soviet aircraft, which have the best radar in the game.
F-15E also
have you ever used an aircraft with the Noo-1? (Su-27, 27SM and 33) these radars are actual pain to use…

yeah they are bad but exept sm all are at 13.0, but the su30 is the exact opposite .
captor m is so bad in game that i would prefer to remain with aim120b and get even the f15e or fa18c late radar tbh exept su27sm everything is better
F-15E Radar is superior for sure, F-4S Radar is superior to Captor. You really feel it when you play games without markers and need to use the Radar and it finds nothing :(

I’m talking about top-end aviation, not sub-top.
There is nothing to invent here, the US has not received modern aviation radars. These are radars from the 70-80s. Because of this, they work very poorly. You will often find yourself in a situation where the enemy has aimed a missile at you, but your radar still does not see it even at point-blank range. I think it would be better for the US air force to be given new radars than the AIM-120C-5.

I’ve played plenty of USA vehicles. Their radars are average at worst.

I don’t know, maybe someone has worse ones. Maybe Germany has worse ones. But in my opinion they are just awful.
