Today i wanted to talk about “ahead issues”. As we know long time ahead rounds in game was useless thing that didn’t work actually that it must work (actually not working completely at this moment).
From nearest time we have working ahead (particularly), which make automatic distance calculate. Before “Firebirds” update amount of fragments for PMC308 (30 mm) and PMD062 (35 mm) was a 32 fragments and wrong spall cone.
With update “Firebirds” PMC308 amount of fragments was double (64) also changed spall cone.
I want to ask : what sources have used for these?
Real number of fragments 162 fragments (PMC-308)
Real number of fragments 153 fragments (PMD-062)
not only that the fragments arent traveling far enough nor getting the correct shape for the cloud they are just flying randomly everywhere, when they should be in a specific pattern, and to top it off the spall dissapears after traveling 5 to 10 meters wich its unaccurate when they should be able to travel up to 100 meters, and also the spread angle seems to be incorrect
After using the AHEAD rounds, got curious about the amount of fragments within the AHEAD lol Good thing I searched rather than making another thread. Now I know why the AHEAD misses as the patterns are soooooo random. Hope these issues are answered and fixed.
