Yes they did. Japan got it in the same update with both ir and radar guided.
They still have to add one at some point and this isn’t that crazy of a cruise missile
Other are better than the kh59 because they actually do their job and are radar guided.
Adding gnss to agm84 will lead to kh59 also getting a gnss.

yea but no one is doing that. there is no need to. just take off for a split second, send all kh38ML into enemy tank spawn, and land, re-arm, and repeat. Airfield are right next to battle field anyway.

yea for the first volley or two, but they have limited ammo and you are going to overwhelm them. There is no reason for AGM84H to not have this ability too. it wont be nearly as OP as Kh38ML
Its cant do it even if you give it.
Its slow and will get shot down.
Also if 32 missile for you is a small number, you might wanna check again
