AGM-65's alternatives

Can we finally see some new Air-to-Ground Guided missiles other than the old 80’s Mavericks, they can easily be intercepted and even if they hit a target its 99% of the time they hit the wheels or the ground.

Unfortunately, to my knowledge the US only uses high subsonic agms (@tripod2008, do you know if that statement is correct?) so we won’t ever have a KH-38 equivalent. The next best option is to have an AGM where it’s motor burns for a lot longer. For example the AGM-84E SLAM (credit to @ashton) would be a perfect fit.

The replacement for the AGM-65, the SiAW, is effectively an AARGM-ER which is supersonic. But both use MMW so the devs will never add them.(Despite being no different than IIR munitions if they ever bothered to make smoke multi-spectral).

The ARRGM is also older than the KH-38MT fwiw…

Still just for the super hornets and the italian tornado

True, but Superhornet is not that far away at this point

And SiAW is going to be much more widespread while being rather similar in-game.

Lists F/A-18C/D as well.

It could be, still it is an anti radiation missile which we dont have in game.

F-15 and F-16 also carry it

any evidence of it’s integration on those?

For F-16, it’s compatible

Since AARGM-ER is UAI certified iirc, and F-15 can carry them, it should be compatible with latest AARGM-ER

Doesnt mean that they integrated them, as grumman only list 4 platforms

Isnt this just a render?

All that really matters is whether it can carry them, and if the aircraft is UAI compatible though. That’s the neat part
