Let’s make a comparison with the American tree so you can understand.
one is like the F-16 ADF with an AESA radar and AIM-120D (block 72) (The Block 20 MLU is slightly better than the ADF, but the comparison is still quite close.)
the other one is like the F-16CM Pobit (block 70)
But both have exactly the same br
Edit: Perhaps I translated it as “is like,” but it would be more accurate to use “is kind of like.”
You’ve got absolutely no idea what you’re on about, the Block 72 from China is a pure Block 72(Complete upgrade to the F-16V ). The American one is a Block 50 with upgraded avionics.
What changes from the block 52 to the 70 and the newer fuselage and viper shild
but essentially they are practically the same thing.
Block 52 uses IVEWS (Integrated Viper Electronic Warfare Suite) with electronic warfare in place of the Viper Shield.
which is, in all likelihood, practically the same thing
I disagree. We should wait until the country at least get’s one vehichle. For example the news said years ago that Hungary ordered Skyranger 30 systems for their Lynx. The last time it was in the news it was said to be arriwing between 2025 and 2026. Will it ever be a thing? Who knows?
I would like to have a low tier SPAA fix and Lowtier (up to 7.3 /7.7) gab filler, new and other players will struggle to grind F2P in the first few Ranks of Sweden. Toptier is fine, lowtier is a mess. Here, copy paste or any Nordric produced Tanks could help.
Well, they retained the older PW-220 which is much worse, and still gained the weight of the upgrades. Do you see how that is worse than the upgraded block 52?
The one in game is an incomplete upgrade from the Block 20, hence why it retains the original F-16A Engine. The Block 72 IRL and F-16V in game use different engines. Its actual designation would be the F-16V Block 20, not F-16V Block 72.
The engine difference between the F-16CM PoBIT and F-16V is not minimal, its quite noticeable. The F-16V Blk20 gets all of the added weight without any of the added thrust, which puts it at a disadvantage.
