Adding the feature of fuel dump and burn to the F-111 Aardvarks

Gaijin should add the fuel dump feature to the f-111 Aardvarks that are currently in game. They already have the jet fuel nozzle on the back if the aircraft where the fuel would be sprayed. Now its not so much a helpful or important feature but it would be very cool to do a fly by dumping fuel creating a spectacular sight!

Fuel Dumping

In the next major update, we’ll be adding the ability to dump fuel for aircraft! Let’s go over a run down of how this will work. After dumping the fuel, the weight of the aircraft will reduce, so you can dump fuel just before going into combat, for example.

When the engines are running in afterburner mode, the fuel can catch fire. Other sources can also cause a fire, for example flying missiles or nearby explosions. Even another aircraft flying in afterburner can cause fuel to catch fire.

Burning fuel emits intense heat, which allows infrared-guided missiles without anti-jamming systems to target it. You can use this ability to swap your fuel for an improvised heat trap to divert a missile from the aircraft. However, this functionality can become bait for missiles, depending on the flight angle.

This new functionality will be available on those aircraft that had it in real life.

Cause it’s a good 10.7.

What’s so great about it? It flies slower than the Su-25 and Su-39, and what’s more, the A-10A overtakes it, it doesn’t make it to its bases in time. What’s the point of it at such a high BR? If the US has the A-10A at the same BR with better armament and AIM-9L, plus it has maneuverability and Mavericks with bombs.
The F-111A is clearly not at its BR.

There is no supersonic aircraft at 10.7 with AIM-9Ls.
The A-10 and Su-25 are slower.
And F-111A is better used as a strike aircraft than a bomber, even then it’s among the fastest bombers at 10.7.

F-111A is not and has never been at a “high BR” for its capabilities.
