How the hell i should add new country to my list?
I mean it says you must purchase the first vehicle of this operator.
Also i would be appreciate if you dont make fun of me.

Do you know what you are trying to do? It would help if you could explain better what is happening so we can help.
I assume you mean that you have to buy the vehicle in the tech tree before the vehicle you are trying to buy now.

So that just changes what the flag and name is displayed in the bar with the countries. Those country flags are to represent the different vehicles in that tech tree.
The USA tech tree also has Iran, Turkey, Australia, etc. vehicles. If you want to change the flag of the US tech tree to a different country, you would need to unlock a vehicle of that country in the tech tree you are in.
If you want to use the Iran flag in place of the US flag when in the US tech tree, you would need to unlock/have a vehicle that is Iranian, such as the Iranian F-14.
Those just change style and not gameplay :)
Let me ask it in another way.
I want to unlock itran tech tree.
There’s no Iran tech tree
Those just change the flag displayed in the bar with the countries
There are Iranian vehicles IN the US tech tree however
So it hasn’t added yet. thanks a lot buddy.

The only Iranian Vehicle in-game right now is the F-14A IRIAF which was an event vehicle from a few years ago, and so is only available through the in-game marketplace
