Adding more countermeasures to the Su-22M3 fighter

Gaijin should consider increasing the Su-22M3’s countermeasures to at least 60 (30 flares and 30 chaff) to make it more competitive and survivable against modern threats in War Thunder.

There is already a bug report about it having more flares (ig around 128 or something)
