Adding Korea as a Sub-tree to either the Japanese/ Chinese Tech Tree

Since North and South Korea are both not in the Game currently, it only makes sense if they are added to the game as a sub-tree. As South Korea lacks the variety of tanks that Israel has, so I think it is best suited if it is added to the game as a part of the Japanese/ Chinese tree. I personally think that the tree should be added as part of the Japanese tree, as Korea has had important ties historically and militarily to Japan, regardless of the relationship’s problems. Apart from this, the sub-tree will help Japan diversify its tech tree, something that Japan severely lacks with its mobility/firepower focused tech tree. Adding Korea (N and S) will help make Japan’s gameplay more fun and allow for more playstyles.

I understand that it’s your personal though on what to do with both countries, however this has been discussed many years.

North Korea can be in China as China has been a key ally of North Korea since the Korean War however the same can’t be said for North/South Korea and Japan.
Japan has no connection whatsoever to both countries and the lack of vehicles is also no justification to place them there. If we look at current subtrees in-game we can see that they either have used military tech from the TT they are in or are/have been allies with the country they are in.

Japan has these ties with Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam, 4 potential options for Japan. Yes, they wont offer much to the extent of Korea but at least provide Japan with additional units.

So North and South Korea either can become an United Korea Tree (hopefully could come in 2026/27) or separated between China and US (or other potential solutions).
